Gameplay
Animal Jam​ is a really simple game that you can use a keyboard or mouse to move your character through the world of Jamaa. You get to pick an animal to be your character, and you can customize it. You get a den for your character that you can customize as well. Pay close attention to the rare items for sale or trade! My favorite part of the game is cusomizing my animal with clothes and hats and accessories and you can make your animal different colors too.
You can "talk" to other players in the game by using the bar at the bottom. You can pick phrases in the game, or type in your own words. You can trade people for stuff they have, or you can gift items to them. You can play mini-games with them too. People can tell you about how to play some of the mini-games and you can join them on adventures of up to four people and defeat the phantoms (the villians in Jamaa).
On special occasions, like Halloween, you can learn about bats and spiders. Animal Jam's main educational stuff is to teach kids about animals. It talks about animal a whole lot, and every time they add an animal character they teach you about that animal. I have learned quite a bit about animals, and it is fun to learn about them in this game
