Kimberly Purcell has 20 years of experience in retail management and training. A passion for great hiring practices and training packages evloved from her history in both customer service and employee deelopment. During her experiences, she witnessed the implementations and advancements in online and hybrid training programs and knew that she wanted to develop her own capabilities as an instructional designer.

In 2015 Ms. Purcell began as an Educational Technology graduate student with a focus in Instructional Design. Ms. Purcell graduated with her Masters in Educatonal Technology from Arizona State University in May, 2016.
